Essay

The thesis deals with theoretical generalization and new solving of the actual scientific and practical task regarding psychological support of the peculiarities and regularities of adaptive entry of the future economists. Adapting entry is considered as a prerequisite and the leading element of the initial period of primary adaptation as an integral dynamic process through the interaction of external and internal factors, due to the adaptive mechanisms, due to the structural functional components of the adaptive entry determines the optimal and adequate personality development in the stage of professional training, the period of professional development in personality profession-genesis. The peculiarities of the adaptive entry dynamics have been determined and established that the third year students of both groups face the signs of "psychological crisis" and it has been proved that the conducted modified debriefing positively influenced the adaptive entry of the students. The effectiveness of psycho-diagnostic set of instruments and psycho-corrective program of the psychological support of the adaptive entry of the students with specific psychological recommendations for every year of studies have been developed, tested and proved.
