Object - process of modeling and formation of business strategy of an enterprise, which carries out the activity at the market of consumer goods in the conditions of competition. Purpose - increase of efficiency of activity of economic objects on principles of formalization of processes of formation of business strategy of an enterprise, determination of the optimum production program, by creation, ground and approbation of complex, ekonomiko mathematical models. Methods - scientific abstraction and generalization, analysis of accordances, analysis and synthesis, analytical and expert methods, method of neuron networks, economical and mathematical modeling, dynamic programming, fuzzy logic and account of risks. Developed the integral model of process of formation of business strategy of an enterprise, based on combination of methods of the dynamic programming, optimization and fuzzy logic. Improved the model of adaptation of production plan, which is selected by the account of influence of uncertinaty, dynamic and instability of external environment. Improved the complex model of commodity keeping, which unlike existing? takes into account a segments of the market, quantitative and high-quality descriptions of commodity and allows to estimate competition possibilities of enterprise. Got subsequent development conceptual model of formation of strategy of enterprise development, within the limits of which a concept "business strategy" and informative approach of support of acceptance of administrative decisions is specified in relation to formation of business strategy of an enterprise. Research results are inculcated in activity enterprises-producers of products of mass demand. Sphere - modeling of the processes of formation of business strategy of an enterprise-producer of products of mass demand, educational process.
