Berezovska L. Psychodiagnostics and improvement of internal conflicts as a condition of negotiation of professional teachers zapping

Thesis is devoted to theoretical grounds of inner and personal conflicts in the context of professional teacher's zapping to the determination of psychodiagnostics and improvement of inner and personal conflicts, that is a condition of negotiation of professional teacher's zapping. Thesis considers the concepts of inner and personal conflict and professional zapping, analyses features of professional teacher's activity, performs the working out of algorithm psychodiagnostics analysis of teachers concerning the subject of detecting inner and personal conflicts in the context of professional zapping and peculiarities of manifestation of inner and personal conflicts were studied that go through professional zapping. Improving program of solving inner and personal conflicts as a condition of passing the professional teacher's zapping was made and experimentally checked.
