The object: process of children-orphans socialization in general boarding-school; the purpose: to ground a theoretical and practical principles of teens-orphans legal socializations in general boarding-school and to develop and to check experimentally the model of this process realizations; the methods: comparative, the logical-system analysis of scientific literature, content-analysis of documents, design, questionnaire, conversation, questioning, expert estimation, pedagogical experiment, mathematic statistics; the novelty: was grounded the theoretical and practical principles of teens-orphans legal socializations in general boarding-school, was developed and experimentally checked the model of this process realization, was determined the social-pedagogical terms to introduction of model; the results: was developed the social-pedagogical program «The school of legal socialization» and special course «The children-orphans legal socializations», that directed to form the knowledges and abilities of future social teachers from questions of teens-orphans legal socializations in general boarding-school, was created the diagnostic complex to study the level of legal socializations and the bank of normative documents, that represented in educational-methodical manual «The children-orphans legal socialization: theoretical-methodical and legal-normative providing»; the branch - social pedagogic.
