Thesis is devoted to the pharmacological research of the extract from the leaves of apricot usual. The results of these studies suggest that the dry extract of the extract from the leaves of apricot usual belongs to the VI class toxicity harmless substances. It is established that dry extract from the leaves of apricot usual has antioxidant, hepatoprotective, cardioprotective properties. The mechanism of the pharmacological effects of the dry extract of the leaves of apricot primarily related to its antioxidant properties, as evidenced by inhibition of lipid peroxidation and oxidative modification of proteins, reducing the permeability of the plasma membrane of hepatocytes and cardiocytes, a decrease of endogenous intoxication and recovery performance of the antioxidant defense. The studies confirm the perspective of the implementation of the dry extract of the leaves of apricot as a hepatoprotective and cardioprotective agents.
