Object of research: process of advancement of innovative product to the market. Purpose of research: development on the basis of vehicle of economical and mathematical modeling of complex of instruments, intended for the increase of efficiency of strategy of innovative activity. Methods of research: analysis of the systems, general theory of the systems and theory of the viable systems, economical and mathematical modeling and economic dynamics, methodology of planning of the informative and informational and analytical systems, analysis of sensitiveness and analysis of scenarios. Results: on the basis of the conducted analysis of the theoretical going near the process of advancement of innovative product his essence and characteristic features are certain, the basic concepts of innovative management are systematized, the fixed assets of advancement of innovative product are certain; the specific lines of the different going are certain near the modeling of process of advancement of innovative product; conception of modeling of process of advancement of innovative product is worked out; the structural model of process of advancement of innovative product is worked out; the simulation model of process of advancement of innovative product is worked out; an optimization case frame is worked out by innovative activity; the structure of the system of support of making decision is worked out in control system by the process of advancement of innovative product; the complex of instruments of advancement of innovative product is offered on the base of the real economic object.
