Object of research - osteo- articular pathology in dogs. The aim - to study the clinical and pathogenetic role of acute phase proteins by osteo- articular pathology and pharmacological correction of reparative osteogenesis in dogs. Methods of research - clinical, radiological , hematological (erythrocytes , platelets , leukocytes ) , biochemical (hemoglobin , fibrinogen, haptoglobin , ceruloplasmin , albumin , total protein , alpha 1- proteinase inhibitor , alpha 2- macroglobulin , total hexose , glycoproteins , glycosaminoglycans , C -reactive protein), gravimetric (volume of blood loss ). Scientific novelty : the first in veterinary surgery clinical and experimentally pathogenic role of acute phase proteins and biochemical markers of connective tissue with bone and joint disease in dogs. It is established that in the early post-traumatic period in dogs with fractures of long bones develop acute phase response , which is characterized by an increase in blood contents of C-reactive protein, haptoglobin, ceruloplasmin and fibrinogen. In addition, the catabolic reaction formed bone tissue that is manifested by increased levels of biochemical markers of connective tissue. It is proved that bone fragments reposition their cast immobilization or holding osteosynthesis cause additional tightening the acute phase response , more pronounced in the latter case . Moreover, the increase in the content of fibrinogen sposterihayebsya early stage to regenerate bone remodeling , and haptoglobin and ceruloplasmin to complete it. On this basis, reasonable use for osteosynthesis of long bones in dogs fibrinolysis inhibitor Tuhina to reduce the degree of operating loss of blood , and after him - Atselizyn drug that, in general , improves reparative processes in the bone tissue and helps to reduce the period of consolidation of fractures averaged 1.4 times. A : To reduce the amount of blood loss at the operating osteosynthesis of long bones in dogs use of 30 minutes before conducting his drug Tuhina ( intravenously at a dose of 15 mg / kg ), and in the postoperative period for correction of the acute phase response - a drug Atselizyn (internally ' muscle at a dose of 30 mg / kg for 5 days ). Introduced: the results are used in scientific and practical work in the teaching of the course of general and special veterinary surgery on the faculties of higher educational institutions of III-IV accreditation levels. Methodological guidelines approved by the Scientific-Methodical Council of the State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service of Ukraine and adopted for implementation of veterinary medicine.
