The dissertation is based on the research, development and justification of economic and mathematical model of innovative industrial strategies. The dissertation presents a model of the development of innovative strategies created on scenario planning that is built by selecting the best scenario by comparing the economic impact and the level of acceptable risk within pre-selected innovation strategy and a developed comprehensive approach of determining the level of the innovation capacity of enterprises to the process of the formation of the goals of the last.
