Merzhinsky Y. Ecological-economic modeling of the processes of investment resources allocation of the regional industrial complex

The dissertation research is devoted to comprehensive study of regional investment strategy development, with the purpose of efficient use of natural resources potential and environment improvement. A process development modeling concept of efficient strategy for investing into ecological and economic system was built up. This concept acts as a theoretical basis for the implementation of state regional policy in the area of ecological and economic development; it also allows to define general concept of economic and mathematical modeling of investment processes in regional industrial estate. Within the framework of the suggested approach, a complex of interrelated economic and mathematical models was elaborated, namely: efficient investment portfolio generation model for priority investment objects determining; model for the determination of the best available technology for enterprise environmental measures priority ranking; models of efficient allocation of limited investment resources with the purpose of long-term investment strategy development. Decision support information system was developed. It presents flexible, adaptive tool based on the complex of efficient strategy methods and models of regional industrial estate investment towards ecological and economic efficiency upgrading in the line of environmental and natural resources potential support.
