Tsymbal M. Psychological factors in the formation of economic thinking in the future specialists in finance.

The thesis is devoted to the study of the nature of economic thinking and psychological factors in its formation of future professionals in finance. The dissertation presents a theoretical analysis of the problem of thinking in the psychological and educational literature, discovered the main requirements for the formation of economic thinking. It is shown that the economic problems essentially are creative in nature. The results of empirical studies allow to conclude that there is a lack of positive development of economic thinking in the future financiers. Then the description of the formation program of economic thinking in the future financiers had place. It based on the ideas of creative training ( V.O.Molyako ). The next step is the control measurement of key indicators of economic problems solving. Study of experimental and control groups indicate the presence of significant differences between indicators of students economic thinking before and after the implementation of the program. And also there are significant differences between the indicators of students economic thinking of the experimental and control group.
