Mudra S. Management of quality of training future managers of organizations in the universities of III-IV accreditation levels.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of management of quality of training future managers of organizations. The author analysed the psychological and educational literature. On the basis of this analysis the essence of the concept of "quality of education", "quality of higher education", "quality of training", "competitive graduate", "management of quality of training managers of organizations" were specified. The model of management of quality of training managers of organizations in the universities of III-IV accreditation levels was offered, it includes conceptual and methodological, informative, technological and diagnostic-efficient units and based on competence and man-centered approaches. To ensure a high level of competitiveness of future managers of organizations in managing their training some demands must be considered: market of labour demands, availability of appropriate professional and personal qualities of applicants, flexibility of educational and vocational programmes and improving of teaching methods. There is the list of professional and personal qualities of competitive manager, which is reflected in the passport of competencies. There were used qualimetric tools of evaluation of the levels of competitive of manager of organizations, which consists of a combination of models to determine the level of students' knowledge, skills and professional and personal qualities.
