Thesis for the candidate degree in economics. Specialty 08.00.11 -Mathematical Methods, Models and Information Technologies in Economics. - East European University of Economics and Management. - Cherkasy, 2014. Supply and demand modeling aspects, their interaction and the process of achieving microeconomic equilibrium are analyzed; the use of the dynamic economic and mathematical modeling for the study of equilibrium in the "demand-supply" system is justified in this research. The concept of supply and demand equilibrium modeling with the help of dynamic methods was developed. The concept is based on the construction of the economic and mathematical models with an allowance for demand price delay as well as without delay. This approach allows market players to increase the economic efficiency of management decisions. The continuous model of supply and demand equilibrium was developed. The model takes into account the demand price via a differential equation with delay, for which an analytical solution and the area of sustainability were found. The approach to improve pricing strategies based on the equilibrium prices analysis was developed on the base of constructed models. The functionality of enterprise information system has been enhanced by drafting additional support decision module based on the developed models.
