Slyvka O. Improvement of provision human development system in regions of Ukraine

Subsystems of provision human development and indicators of their estimation, the integral index of providing human development at regional level are investigated in the work. The essence of provision human development system in regions is specified. The regional factors of providing human development, dynamics of basic indexes of provision human development in the regions of Ukraine are analyzed and reserves of basic processes perfection of providing human development are found out. Priorities of regional socio-economic policy in the context of improvement provision human development system are determined in the work. It is well-proven that social investments have a determining role in the system of providing human development, the role of the state in effective realization of provision human development system is considered.
