The thesis is devoted to the problem of monitoring of educational process quality in pedagogical colleges in the field of educational management. The essence and features of mechanism of management of educational process quality in pedagogical colleges are found out. Criteria, indexes and levels of monitoring of educational process quality in pedagogical colleges are defined. It is substantiated and experimentally tested the efficiency of the system of monitoring of educational process quality in pedagogical colleges in the field of educational management.
