The thesis is devoted to the subsequent development of theoretical principles of management of educational technologies transfer of higher educational establishments. The methods and instruments of management of educational technologies transfer of higher educational establishments were analyzed. The criteria of evaluation of efficiency of educational technologies in accordance with current and perspective requirements are differentiated. The method of rating evaluation of educational technologies is developed. The chart of classificational evaluation of educational technologies after the stages of their life cycle is offered. As a result of the conducted research, measures of public policy on the management of educational technologies transfer of higher educational establishments are substantiated.
