Object of research - management of human resources in projects; the purpose of dissertation work is increase of efficiency of implementation of the project at management of multiproject teams; research methods: methods of the algorithms theory, theories of sets, methods of modeling, optimization, programming; the method of providing projects and programs by the personnel, based on creation of matrixes of competences and replacements of roles which unlike existing methods defines structure of attracted human resources with the set restrictions that allows to increase efficiency of implementation of the project at management of multiproject teams is for the first time developed; the method of formation of project adaptive team, based on matrixes of combination of functions and the accounting of the set requirements, by use of restriction on functional duties that allows to define necessary structure of adaptive team of the project is improved; the method of formation of project team with restriction on the functional duties, based on use of an integrated approach on the basis of competences to team formation that allows to distribute resources of the project with the set requirements gained further development; results: the method of providing projects and programs by the personnel, a method of formation of project adaptive team, a method of formation of project team with restrictions on functional duties are developed; branch: management of projects in aviation and machine-building branch.
