Scientific-and-research paper deals with the problem of development of gifted children's teaching system in the USA. Basic conceptual approaches that promote gifted pupils' learning and development in the USA are discovered and systematized.The new content of manuals which are included in the educational-and-methodical complex to help teachers in their work with gifted children, in the creation of which we took into account the requirements of the modern system of gifted pupils' education on the basis of the American experience was worked out and structured.
