Medvedeva O. Formation of the corporate culture of higher technical school students

The study deals with the topical problem of the modern theory and methods of education, namely the formation of the corporate culture of higher technical school students. Based on the terminological apparatus, the meaning of the notion "corporate culture of higher school students" has been defined more exactly in the dissertation, the structure of students' corporate culture and its functions have been determined. The model of the formation of the corporate culture of higher technical school students during out-of-class work has been theoretically justified. The organizational and pedagogical conditions ensuring efficient realization of the model in actual pedagogical practice have been determined. The pedagogical technology of the formation of the corporate culture of higher technical school students during out-of-class work has been developed and checked experimentally.
