Olena P. Pedagogical Conditions of Legal Education of Future Professionals in the Computer Industry

In the process of investigation the pedagogical conditions of the legal education of future professionals in the computer industry in the educational process of higher education institutions have been developed (the content of the legal education of future professionals in the computer industry on the basis of professional- directed legal training; the formation of values of future professionals; enriching of the future professionals' experience an legal skills as the basis for their future legal behaviour). The concept "Legal education of future professionals in the computer industry" is defined and described. The structure of the legal education of future professionals in the computer industry is defined and its components (professional legal knowledge, professional and legal sophistication and readiness for legitimate professional activities in the computer industry) are specified. The criteria (cognitive and informational, value-oriented and behavioural), levels of legal education of future professionals in the computer industry, as well as a number of approaches to legal education of future professionals are specified. The functional model of legal education of future professionals in the computer industry has been developed and its effectiveness has been tested in practice. The content, forms, methods and principles of the legal education of future professionals in the computer industry have been updated.
