Koval V. The upbringing of the culture of the interpersonal relations of the university students during the extracurricular activity

The research focuses on the theoretical generalization and new approach to the important and actual problem that deals with the foundation and testing of the model of the upbringing of the culture of the interpersonal relations during the extracurricular activity. The level of the research of the problem in the pedagogical theory and the practice of institutes of higher education has been revealed. The terms "the culture of the interpersonal relations" and "extracurricular activity", the criteria and levels of the culture of the interpersonal interaction of the university students have been defined more precisely. The model of the upbringing of the culture of the interpersonal relations during the extracurricular activity has been worked out. The model embraces the aim, the tasks, the principles and the pedagogical conditions (the unity of the purposes of all the subjects of the university teaching and educational process, cooperation and the responsible dependence of the student on all the subjects of the teaching and educational process; the openness of the student group activity), methods, types, the result. The methods of the upbringing of the culture of the interpersonal relations during the extracurricular activity have been worked out further.
