In dissertation is investigated the problem of forming morally valued relations of teachers and students in to educational-educate process. On the basis of theoretical and empiric results of research are defined pedagogical terms of forming morally valued relations of teachers and students in educational process; is developed the method of forming of the noted process; is defined the concept of "moral values relationships of teachers and students" and characterized its structural components (cognitive, emotional value, action-practical);is determined the criterias (communicative, perceptual, interactive competence), performance and levels of formation of moral value relationships of teachers and students in the educational process (elementary, basic, adequate, creativity). Clarified criteria (communicative, perceptual, interactive competence) indicators and levels (elementary, basic, adequate, creative) of forming moral values relationships of teachers and students in the educational process, the essence of the concepts of "moral relations", "relationship value" "readiness of students and teachers to moral and value relationships". A subsequent development have acquired theoretical content, forms, methods and techniques of the formation of moral values relations in the educational process of the university.
