Object of research: processes of integration of the difficult economic systems. Purpose of research: development of conception and complex of economical and mathematical models of processes of integration of the difficult economic systems which provide the increase of economic efficiency of their functioning. Methods of research: modeling of business processes and projects; methods of determination of indicators of component CES and distributions of gross income; methods of project management; methods of system dynamics and imitation modeling; models and methods of the informative systems and technologies are in an economy; analysis of sensitiveness and analysis of scenarios. Results: the analysis of problems of integration of the difficult economic systems is conducted; existent models and methods of integration are investigational in the difficult economic systems; conception of modeling of processes of integration of the difficult economic systems is worked out; the model of determination of system descriptions of the computer-integrated difficult economic system is offered; the project model of organization of the computer-integrated difficult economic system is offered taking into account her dynamic character, and also presence of vagueness and risks; the simulation model of functioning of the computer-integrated difficult economic system is worked out; instrumental and methodical facilities of management are improved by the processes of integration of the difficult economic system with the use of the modern informative systems and technologies; the analysis of efficiency of introduction of models of integration of the difficult economic systems is conducted.
