Essay

The thesis is devoted to improving operational reliability of transport of agricultural production on the basis of technical management as aggregates. Theoretical evaluation of technical condition of transport units made it possible to obtain an analytical dependence of the probability of transport units in working condition on the flow of failures and restorations of the technical state under the operation phase. Theoretically and practically proved reasonably increase the operational reliability of transport units of agricultural production level approach in providing information management of their technical condition. Theoretical dependence limit, overhaul and residual life of diesel engines means of transport for the effects of random changes in the nature of diagnostic parameters of technical condition. Past performance studies have shown a significant difference since the discrepancy and the structure and periodicity of certain technical actions when performing maintenance and repair units of transport. Comparison of two strategies for maintenance and repair, demonstrating a phenomenon since the onset of the need for permanent repair work much later, on average, before 2400 moto-hours. Compared with baseline ensure operational reliability in routine preventive use of adaptive strategies can reduce technical maintenance license. This maintains optimal, workable technical condition. Experimentally confirmed the feasibility of the system control technical condition of transport units of agricultural production in increasing reliability: life is extended by 12...22% of the value of the residual life increases by 1,13...1,26 in adaptive strategies for maintenance and repair compared with routine preventive strategy. Technical and economic effect of increasing the operational reliability of diesel engines of transport of agricultural production through the tiered approach information management system to ensure their technical condition was 4701,14 grn. per unit of equipment.
