The dissertation is devoted to the study of functional changes in preserved platelets and impact of suspending medium on platelet viability during storage. Found that the storage of platelet gradually develops an imbalance in the system ATP - ADP - AMP, Pin, pro/antioxidant balance, changes in the metabolism of glucose and cation exchange, decreased functional activity of platelets.
