Essay

Thesis is devoted to clarifying of features of the molecular and metabolic mechanisms of development of nephropathies and their characteristics in hypermicroelementoses models of copper and cobalt. It was shown firstly that the basis of nephropathy development in both cases were quantitative and qualitative changes in lipid metabolism leading to the restructuring of the lipid matrix of the cell membrane of kidney and, as a consequence, the alteration of their functional properties.
