Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to the study of the neuroprotective properties of compounds of L-lysine in the conditions of experimental modeling of acute cerebral circulation disorders. Introduction compounds of L-lysine in the dose of 50 mg/kg in the conditions of acute cerebral circulation disorders demonstrated the decrease in the mortality of animals in the experimental groups and reduction of neurological deficit. As a result of pharmacological and biochemical studies, we have identified the most active compound L-lysine - "Lysinii". Conducting morphometric studies showed high neuro - and endoteliotrope activity.
