Essay

The object of research is the process of regulation of youth employment on the regional labor market. The aim of the thesis is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of labor market regulation and development of scientific and practical recommendations for improving regulation of youth employment on the regional labor market. Methods: dialectical method of scientific knowledge, theoretical generalization and system analysis, induction and deduction, comparative economic and statistical analysis, forecasting , expert opinions and questioning others. Theoretical results: are to deepen the theoretical principles and the development of scientific and practical recommendations on conceptual and methodological support regulation of youth employment on the regional labor market. Bottom line: the main provisions contained in the thesis has been brought to the level of specific recommendations aimed at regulation of youth employment and development of the youth labor market in Donetsk region. Scientific novelty: the first time: the conceptual scheme of regulation of youth employment on the regional labor market was created; improved: classification of factors influencing the employment of young people, a block diagram of subject-object relations process of youth employment on the regional labor market; received further development: identification concepts of "youth employment", "youth employment at the regional labor market", "regulation of youth employment on the regional labor market", a list of areas of government influence on the formation of the demand for labor of young persons in the regional labor market. Degree of implementation: this study implemented in practice Donetsk Regional Employment Center, Kirovohrad Regional Employment Center; Donetsk Oblast Council of Trade Unions; Kirovograd City Council, Gorlivka City Council and in the educational process of Automobile and Road Institute of Donetsk National Technical University (Gorlivka) and Donetsk National University. Scope: interdisciplinary.
