Черкашина Е. Development of educational and methodological work in educational establishments of professional and technical education in Ukraine (second half of XX century).

Object - the process of organization of educational and methodological work in educational establishments of professional and technical education; the aim - to systematize theoretical ideas and generalize the practice of educational and methodological work in educational establishments of professional and technical education in Ukraine during the second half of XX century for their creative implementation in the modern teaching practice; methods - general scientific, historical-structural, historical-comparative, historical-typological, retrospective, prognostic, comparative; novelty - the dissertation is the first to provide the research of the problem of organization of educational and methodological work in educational establishments of professional and technical education during a wide chronological period; the stages of its development are determined; the experience of educational and methodological work organization is generalized: the content is defined, the forms of educational and methodological work are systematized; the influence of coordinated activities of methodological units in educational establishments of professional and technical education is considered; the conditions of the efficient educational and methodological work in educational establishments of professional and technical education of the researched period are defined; the preconditions of educational and methodological work organization in educational establishments of professional and technical education are specified; the issues of essence, goal, objectives and functions of educational and methodological work in educational establishments of professional and technical education acquired further development; results - the experience of organizing and carrying out educational and methodological work in educational establishments of professional and technical education is generalized. The main results and conclusions of the research were presented at the meetings of the teaching staff of professional and technical education establishments and used in teaching professional and technical disciplines, they were incorporated in the work of "The School of the Novice Master and Teacher" and discussed at the pedagogical conferences. The materials and recommendations of the research will be helpful in the educational process in educational establishments of professional and technical education of II-III levels of accreditation; field - pedagogy.
