Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the justification of the theoretical and methodological principles and to developing practical recommendations for the formation mechanisms of regulation of child labor in Ukraine in the context of ensuring the proper development and standard of children living. The priority of child labor in the context of interdisciplinary studies in the ideology of welfare as a principle of distribution and social cohesion around work is revealed. Organizes and types of child labor are systematized and the author's classification of its signs is developed. The author's definition of mechanisms of regulation of child labor is proposed. A comprehensive study of the regional peculiarities of child labor usage is conducted and specificity of its behavioral manifestations is grounded. The system of social-economic indicators that influence the processes of dissemination of child labor as a prerequisite for the formation of the mechanisms of its regulation is analyzed. System of criteria and target indicators of children's lives and applications of social-economic and spiritual development are proposed and justified. Structure model of strategic imperatives of public policy in the regulation of child labor is defined and justified. A model of institutional child labor monitoring in Ukraine for optimal information supply of the mechanism for regulating child labor is designed.
