Belousova A. Human development as the dominant of innovative transformations in Ukraine

The object of research is the process of human development as a dominant factor of innovative reforms in Ukraine. The aim of the thesis is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of human relationship research and innovation development and the development of recommendations to improve the regulation of human development in the context of innovative reforms in Ukraine. Methods: the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, a systematic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis, structural and comparative analysis, statistical analysis and economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical results: are to improve the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of human interdependence and innovation development, the development of scientific and practical guidance for the human development as a dominant factor of innovative reforms in Ukraine. Practical results: the main provisions advanced by the author brought to the level of practical recommendations that allow you to create the preconditions for increasing the quality characteristics of the human capacity to meet the needs of innovation in the economy of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the structural scheme of human development in the context of the needs of the innovation economy; improved theoretical basis of the study of the functional dependence of human and innovative development; classification of factors of human development; scientific and methodological approaches to the creation in Ukraine of innovative higher education; were further developed: quantitative basis to identify the dominant factors influence human development parameters of innovation.
