The thesis is devoted to the experimental study of the pharmacological properties of new vaginal creams combined structure "Klevazol" and "Terbiklin". In «in vitro» experiments, they found a pronounced antimicrobial action, which is not inferior to the comparator drug antimicrobial activity (dalatsin and ginezol 7) and terbiklin - drug comparison vagiklin. In studying the harmlessness of new vaginal preparations revealed klyevazol and terbiklin in dose of 12.0 g / kg did not leadithe animals death, do not cause general toxic effects on animals, do not show topically irritant effect on vaginal mucosa of rats at intravaginal use. Klevazol and terbiklin showed high antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and reparative action types in experimental models of traumatic, bacterial and fungal vaginitis in rats. Proven benefits of therapeutic properties of new creams on drugs comparison – "Dalatsin", "Ginezol 7" and "Vagiklin". Given for the preconception prophylactic treatment of rats who have had bacterial and fungal vaginitis klevazol and terbiklin warned developing complications of pregnancy and improved fertility indicators of animals.
