Essay

In the dissertation the theoretical generalization and the solution of an actual scientific problem - by means of an immunoenzymatic, biochemical and morphological research techniques in experiment were made. There were established and justified a reasonability and ways of pharmacological correction of immune disturbances which have resulted from local ultraviolet radiation. It was shown that local ultraviolet radiation of a skin of Guinea pigs initiates long-time common and local disorders which are testified by an increase in blood the concentration of metabolites of nitric oxide (common, nitrite-anion, nitrates), disturbance of cellular (interleukin-12) and humoral (interleukin-13, circulating immune complexes) links of immunity within 28 days after extinction of erythema accompanied by proliferatively hyperplastic and degenerate processes in all sites of skin in this period. It was established that medicines like "Thiotriazoline Ointment 2%", "Methyluracilum Ointment 10%", "Altan", "Vitamin A" in medical preventive usage, shortening the duration and intensity of erythemal response, are less effective for prophylaxis of the delayed immune disturbances in an organism. It is theoretically justified and experimentally confirmed that including of silver nanoparticles in both ointments (on the basis of Thiotriazoline and Methyluracilum) raises their photo- and immunoprotective properties.
