Thesis is dedicated to the problem of management of self-educational activities of students of mathematical specialty of pedagogical university. The concepts "self-education activities", "management of self-educational activities", "readiness to self-education" their structure, nature, content are defined. Criteria, indicators and levels of readiness for self-education of mathematic specialty students' of pedagogical university as an indicator of the effectiveness of management of self-educational process are separated. A structural model of self-education of management activities of mathematic specialty students' of pedagogical university is developed.
