Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical grounds for developing corporate culture as an institutution of improving social and labour relations as well as practical instruments for its regulatory effect. The scientific approaches to concept of corporate culture are investigated and its definition as a social institution is improved. The essence of social and labour relations and means of their regulation are analyzed. The classification of factors, levels, elements of corporate culture and social and labour relations are conducted, the link between these concepts is established. The model of mechanism of corporate culture's impact on social and labour relations is grounded. The own classification of corporate culture types including progressive, regressive and borrowed culture is elaborated in conformity with certain types of social and labour relations (partnership, paternalism, subsidiary). The technique of comprehensive assessment of corporate culture and social and labour relations and also of the connection between them is developed. The algorithm of strategic managing corporate culture aimed at social and labour relations change is proposed as well as alternanive strategies of corporate culture (adaptation, democratization and innovatization) and means of controlling results of their implementation are offered.
