Dissertation is devoted to research anatomical and topographical features of humerus and kinematics of the shoulder joint from the standpoint of intraosseous implantation and distraction osteosynthesis using Bliskunov's system device. The research identified various distraction devices for humerus lengthening, the optimal level of humerus osteotomy from viewpoint of ergonomic conditions and aesthetic shaping of the shoulder. Analysis filling vessels of allowed us to determine the optimal level of osteotomy from viewpoint of reparative osteogenesis. Analysis of stress-strain state of the humerus showed that the relationship between the force which must be overcome for the drive unit of the distraction effect and resistance from the segment increased linear. Moment of force for distraction effect is 0,816 Nom. Indicators of shoulder joint kinematics allow the use of its energy movements to operate the Bliskunov's system device, and the shape and size of the drive device not restrict the main direction of movement of the shoulder joint. Proposed 5 operation approaches allow safe implant components of distraction device based on anatomic and topographic features of neurovascular bundles.
