The thesis of Akimova M.S. is devoted to experimental substantiation of the usefulness of the Aronia’s melanocarpa сryo-milled powder under hypokinetic stress. The method of two-factor experiment proved that the optimum stressprotektor effect of Aronia’s melanocarpa is shown at a dose of 149 mg/kg for 10 days after the formation of stress. The drug has a pronounced effect stressprotektor due to severe antioxidant action, helping inhibition intensity of oxidative modification of proteins and lipids and recovery levels, enzymatic and non-enzymatic activity of components level of antioxidant system. At the same time, exchange application of the Aronia’s melanocarpa сryo-milled powder helps to restore the contents of the main components adenylnucleotide system and the level of energy performance with simultaneous reduction in the value system of lactate/pyruvate, glucose/glycogen amid prolonged immobilization.
