The thesis is is devoted to the composition and synthesis method development of a new nanocomposite highly dispersed silica with silver nanoparticles and study of its sorption, antitoxic, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. Optimal composition of nanocomposite and its sorption activity to different markers were determined. It is determined that nanocomposite by intragastric administration reduces DL50 of potentially toxic substances and anti-tuberculosis drugs. Studied nanocomposite has high antimicrobial activity in vitro and in vivo. Nanocomposite exhibits high antioxidant and mitochondrial protection activity in vitro. Thus, the results experimentally substantiate the presence of antitoxic, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties in nanocomposite of highly dispersed silica with silver nanoparticles.
