Essay

The object of research is the process of ensuring decent work in the industrial area in terms of intellectualization economy. The aim of the thesis the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of decent work and development of scientific and practical recommendations for decent work specific to the intellectualization of the economy in the industrial area. Methods: scientific analysis; analysis and synthesis; systematic and structural analysis; sociological method; logical and comparative analysis among others. Theoretical results deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of scientific and practical recommendations for areas of decent work in conditions of activation of intellectualization economic development. Bottom line: lies that committed the development of theoretical-methodological and scientific-methodical form the basis of organizational and economic decent work based activation process of intellectualization economy. Scientific novelty: first: conceptual bases of competence of decent work; improved: a conceptual mechanism of decent work; the method of rating evaluation degree of decent work; received further development: given the "intellectualization economy", "decent work"; а structural diagram of decent work in a socially oriented market economy. Degree of implementation: this study implemented in practice Donetsk Regional Employment Center of Donetsk Oblast Council of Trade Unions of Ukraine, Central City Department of Labour and Social Welfare Gorlovskoy City Council, JSC "Concern Styrene" JV "Shidvuhlemash" "Colliery Group "Pokrovsky", State Research Institute of Power Engineering, as well as in the educational process of Automobile and Road Institute of Donetsk National Technical University (Gorlivka). Scope: interdisciplinary.
