Essay

The thesis is devoted to improving the efficacy and safety of treatment of the arterial hypertension. This study is based on research of the cardioprotective properties of Amlodipine, Bisoprolol, Egacine . This investigation considers theoretical principles and experimentally justifies a new solution of scientific problem efficiently combined treatment of the arterial hypertension. The results obtained in the thesis confirm the presence of cardioprotective effect of Amoldypine, Bisoprolol and Elgacine during the experimental arterial hypertension. Installed practicability of combined use of Amlodipine, Bisoprolol and Elgacine to achieve the fullest positive effect on various pathogenetic mechanisms of the arterial hypertension, as well as the prevention of damage at the cellular level during high blood pressure. This could have practical importance in their combined use in the clinical setting .
