The thesis is devoted to studying the causes of and psychological conditions for the resolution of organizational conflicts in vocational schools. The paper contains the theoretical substantiation, methodical principles and the results of the empirical research of the problem in question.The author investigates the nature an distinctive characteristics of organizational conflicts and discusses the main types and causes of organizational conflicts in vocational schools.The work analyzes the correlations between the basic types of organizational conflicts in vocational schools and a number of meso-level factors (social and psychological climate, staff's emotional attitudes towards various professional groups, functional and interpersonal-communicative compatibility of the collective members; informal contacts, work organization, etc.) and micro-level factors that include the individual (conflictivity, conflict behaviors), organizational-professional (position, education), and socio-demographic (age, gender) characteristics of engineers and teachers.The author describes a specially designed training course 'The Psychological Conditions for Organizational Conflicts Resolution in Vocational Schools'.
