The object of the research: the process of management of direct and reverse material flows of the industrial enterprise; The purpose of work:models of management of direct and reverse material flows in logistics system of the industrial enterprise were developed and improved for improving effectiveness functioning of industrial enterprise; Research methodology and instruments: the systems theory, systems analysis, tools of abstract theory generalizations, theoretical principles of modern economic theory and economic analysis, the logistic approach, optimization modeling, the automatic control theory; Theoretical and practical results: conceptual positions on formation models of management of direct and reverse material flows in logistics system of the industrial enterprise, which, unlike existing, is supposed evaluating and analysis the stability of the logistics system taking into account reverse material flows of the enterprise and determination of the optimal parameters of the elements of the proposed logistics system taking into account reverse material flows of the enterprise in order to develop of adequate solutions of management of direct and reverse material flows of the enterprise; the economic-mathematical models of managing direct and reverse material flows, which, unlike existing, is supposed taking into account of characteristics of reverse material flows - the value of the stock and the amount of use in the objective functions and constraints and supposed evaluating of cost savings and efficiency of new materials through using of reverse material flows; the structural and simulation models for evaluating the stability of the logistics system taking into account reverse material flows based on the automatic control theory and the logistic approach, which, unlike existing, is supposed evaluating the stability of the logistics system in the dynamics and making it possible to conduct experiments with the states of the proposed system; the optimization models of elements of logistics system, the difference of which encloses to determination of the optimal parameters of the elements of the logistics system taking into account reverse material flows of goods and resources, which developed for improving effectiveness functioning of industrial enterprise and making it possible to conduct experiments with the logistic system of the enterprise;information-analytical system of logistics management of direct and reverse material flows using a complex of economic-mathematical models and the difference of characterized by the ability to monitor the behavior of the object in a timely manner and formed of adequate management solutions not only direct but also reverse material flows of industrial enterprise; Subject and degree of introduction: developments are implemented in practical work of CJSC «Budinvest», PJSC «Kharkiv plytkovyi zavod».
