Kopytko S. Economic-mathematical modeling of computer information security systems management efficiency

The concept of economic-mathematical modeling of SIS (system information security) management efficiency using the methods of system analysis, dynamic programming, utility theory, a multi-criteria approach in the management of IS (Information Security) organisation has been worked outin this thesis work. Known in neoclassical theory of consumption AIDS-utility function has been adapted in the field of IS by the method of analogy using of Kling's system. It has been also used for quantitative evaluation of the SIS efficiency based on the cost-based loss flexibility of the organization caused by typical information threats. Method of management solutionsgrounding in SIS (System information Security) management efficiency based on the offered EMM complex has been developed.Typical real conditional SIS with the most widely used security elements has been constructed using descriptions of real hacker attacks. The optimal path fragment of development has been created for this system.
