Essay

Object - the project management processes of organizational development company. Goal - improving the efficiency of organizational development aircraft manufacturer based on the developed models and methods of structural organizational changes in the restructuring project management. Methods: theory of complex systems and systematic approach; graph theory, system logic and algorithmic modeling; organizational analysis; Theory of the Balanced Scorecard. Scientific results: first obtained complex structural models associated organization of the aircraft manufacturer, which, unlike the existing system based on logic and algorithmic modeling; improved method for the isolation of non-core assets of the company, which is based on the use of a compatible organizational analysis and selection criteria of non-core activities, functions and departments; was further developed project management techniques of organizational development that are based on the use of the Balanced Scorecard, in terms of determining key performance indicators of project and production activities. Practical: a structural model and developed methods of organizational changes in the project management restructuring is now scientific and methodological basis for the modeling of the structures and processes of the aircraft enterprise, identifying areas of its organizational development and improvement of management.
