Saltan N. The development of industrial-technical education in Kharkiv in the 20s – 30s. of ХХ-th century

The object of the research – system of industrial-technical education in Ukraine in the 20s – 30s. of ХХ-th century. The dissertation purpose: revealing, analysis and generalization of the main tendencies of development of industrial-technical education in view of needs of the Ukrainian society of that time. The methods: general methods of logic; historical-genetic, comparative-historical, historical-system, historical-typological, problem-chronological methods and method of modeling; methods of the content-analysis and social psychology. Scientific novelty: the system research of process of technical staff preparation as a result of which are found out dynamics and features of development of system of industrial-technical education in Kharkov, is offered; is established, that the formation powerful industrial complex of Kharkov and ideological policy of the Soviet government was determined the bases of formation of local industrial-technical education; is revealed, that аt realization of the own right on purchase and increase of professional qualification the citizens proceeded as from pragmatic, as from patriotic motives; the significant role of system of industrial-technical education in formation of a society is proved, its inconsistent influence is revealed. Practical value of research: the materials of the dissertation can be used for realization of the further scientific researches on a social history, history of education, historical study of the region, in education process as auxiliary for the manuals and lectures on historical and pedagogical disciplines.
