Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving the problem of diet correction in order to compensate physiological expenditures of athletes who train for speed-strength oriented sports adequately. With a glance at dietary peculiarities, metabolic changes and their consequences, occurring as a result of athletes intensive exercises, criteria are formulated and the mathematical model of carbohydrate-protein product optimization is developed. This enabled us to create a product with predictable organoleptic and physico-chemical properties and specified nutritional value and safety. A series of experiments to confirm reasonability of using ATP in liposomal form in order to improve the efficiency of the basic mechanisms of energy supply was carried out. Functional efficiency of carbohydrate-protein product with the developed liposome form of ATP that exhibited in improving of physical performance and helps to speed up the flow of restorative processes in the athlete's body after significant physical and psycho-emotional stress was proved. The regularities of changes in the organoleptic, physicochemical, and microbiological indicators of carbohydrate-protein product depending on the type of packaging, conditions and duration of storage were studied. "Nanoline. Power" carbohydrate-protein product for athletes usage guidelines were worked out in order to prevent fatigue and overtraining
