Makarova I. Economic and mathematical modeling of the Information Society's development in Ukraine

The concept of modeling of the information society development in conjunction with the management levels (strategic, tactical, operational) for which the appropriate models and methods are suggested is worked out in this thesis work. The models of such aspects of the information society as the provision of administrative services, public debt management and public goods distribution are formed. The cognitive model of the information society development is built. Constructed models, unlike existing ones permit to take into account the factor of interaction between the authorities and the public sectors in the information society. This allows to develop strategies for each of the sectors of the information society and perform monitoring of its development.
