Moroz I. Models and information technologies of monitoring of social and economic regional development

The dissertation is devoted to development of model and information technology of monitoring of social and economic indexes for the purpose of management efficiency increase by regional development. In the dissertation substantive provisions of formation and carrying out of social and economic monitoring as factor stable and balanced development of region are theoretically proved. The mechanism of the taking into account of differentiation of regional development in information system of social and economic monitoring is developed. Calculation mathematical model of integrated indicators of social and economic development on the basis of the factorial analysis is improved to the take into account of knowledge and experience of experts that has allowed to realise within the model not only statistical methods of calculations, but also mechanisms of expert estimations. The automated calculation method of integrated indicators on the basis of the developed expert-statistical method and taking into account experience and knowledge of experts is offered and programmed. The information-analytical Web-system for monitoring indicators of social and economic development of Ukraine regions is created and the technology of its use is developed.
