Object - professional pedagogical training of the future preschool educators' in the higher educational establishment. Purpose - to ground scientifically and theoretically and verify experimentally the pedagogical conditions of preparation of future preschool educators' training for developing value orientations of senior preschool-age children. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistic. Theoretical results and novelty - the concept "future preschool educators' readiness for developing value orientations of senior preschool-age children" has been defined as well as its main structural components; the criteria, evaluative indicators and levels of future preschool educators' readiness for developing value orientations of senior preschool-age children (sufficient, average, low) have been determined. Тhe methodology of implementation of pedagogical factors of future preschool educators' training for developing value orientations of senior preschool-age children has been developed; the forms, methods and techniques of preschool educators' training for developing value orientations of senior preschool-age children have been theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified. The theory and methods of future preschool educators' training of senior preschool-age children have been further developed. Practical results - the corresponding system of exercises has been modelled, special practical course "Developing of value orientations of senior preschool-age children hos been eloborated". Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch - pedagogical, preschool training institutions, higher educational establishments.
