Generalization of the results of the investigation allowed us to define the system of pedagogical principles: the insurance of the educational process integrality as ontologically never-ceasing system, which is characterized by polycentrism, dialogic nature, heterogeneity; phased realization of the educational process on the basis of theory and practice cooperation; the creation of the innovative educational environment that meets personal needs and demands of the future specialist able to work in the multicultural educational environment; actualization of the principle of multiculturalism of educational process as a future specialist's awareness of plurality of qualitatively peculiar and original cultures; pedagogical support of the process of a future specialist's national identity by providing the priority of national component in the content of education
