Kuriy L. The Mechanism of Human Potential Redistribution in the System of International Migration.

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of human potential migration redistribution in view of current demographic trends and the situation in the international labor market on the basis of scientific reasoning of building of human potential redistribution mechanism in the system of international migration. Based on the study of causal relationships between impacts, objectives and instruments of migration redistribution the system of human potential development through migration is formed, which allows the choice of appropriate ways of migration processes regulation. Using an integrated systems approach the mechanism of human potential redistribution is built, that is a system of measures of migration and socio-economic regulation at the international and national levels, in which the migration of the population, as the bearer of human potential, becomes the controlled process of human potential realization within the global economy.
